RAD Development

VisioMint fully exploits the RAD concept. You do not need to waste your time in hard-coded parameters, just use the graphical interface to set parameters to the Vision Operations and get real-time feedback of the results. Vision Operations

VisioMint comes with a full set of powerful Vision Operations. Those tools are optimized for your system processor and use multithreading. VisioMint uses an Object Oriented architecture and therefore it is very easy to expand, adding new Vision Operations or expanding functionality of the existing ones. Following is a list of available Vision Operations:

Image Processing

  • Threshold. Image binarization with several methods.
  • Morphology. Image morphology operators, including erode, dilate, Open, Close, Gradient, Top Hap and Black Hat.
  • Image Adjustments. Contrast and brightness, equalization, color balance, color channels, image resize, rotate and flipping.
  • Gradient Filters. Includes Sobel, Laplace and Canny filters.
  • Convolution. Image convolution.
  • Smoothing Filters. Includes Blur, Gaussian and Mean filters.
  • Image Arithmetics. Operation with two images with several basic operators.
